Some days before preschool, Carson's cousin Grace comes for about a hour. Then they have preschool together. Grace loves to play "honeys". Until today, Carson has been fine with just honeys. He's the dad. Grace is the mom. Nate is the kid. It works.
Today, Carson decided that they needed to play dinosaur honeys. Here was my cute little boy pretending to be a daddy T-rex and cuddling a little ugly plastic T-rex saying, "Honey, isn't our baby cute? He is getting so big." Then a little later I hear him say, "Honey, you go get us some food. Go hunting." Grace said, "But I am a mom and moms don't hunt." Carson then replied, "You are the girl. The girl gets the food. GO!" Nice. At age 4 he already thinks that the woman is responisble for the food...we are going to have to work on that one.

oh that is hilarious!
How funny! It is amazing the things they pick up on.
Nice! Maybe Robbie should cook more!
okay that is stinkin funny! That dang Carson.
Courtney, it's your cooking skills. My children will grow up playing house and telling the other T-rex to go hunting at pizza hut.
Love love the boys!
These kids keep us on our toes don't they? Nice for you to have a Dr. on call 24/7. I hope he is OK.
